Accessible Access and Seating
Tickets are available for purchase for a person requiring accessible seating. When purchasing tickets through AXS, click the "Accessibility" checkbox to see available accessible seating.
Wheelchairs are available free on a first-come, first-served basis with a valid photo ID. Wheelchair lifts are available on the second level for access to the seating areas. Our venue is unable to accommodate Segway personal transportation devices.
Accessible public restrooms are located on all levels of the facility.
Assistive Listening
FM Assistive Listening Devices (ear speaker, headset, and neck loop) are available at the Tour Desk inside the lobby for the shows. Valid photo ID required for loan.
Interpretation
Qualified interpretation is available with three (3) weeks notice. Please contact the Opry Customer Service Department at (615) 871-OPRY to arrange this service.
Braille
Public elevators are equipped with braille signage.
Service Animals
Appropriately documented guide dogs and animals are welcome.
Baby Changing
Baby changing stations are available in public restrooms.
Temporary Disabilities
If you have a temporary disability/injury please call our Customer Service department at 1-800-SEE-OPRY, and we will make the necessary arrangements for you to attend the event in a comfortable and enjoyable manner. When calling, please have your confirmation number available.
Family Restrooms
Accessible restrooms are located throughout the Opry Entertainment Complex. There is no family or unisex restroom in the Opry House. Should someone in your party require assistance from a member of the opposite gender, please see a Host or Hostess for assistance.
