Holly Williams
Artist Information
While mastering her skills, Holly was offered to tour Europe with artist Ron Sexsmith. After a few years of touring, Holly signed her first record deal in 2004 with Universal South and released her debut album The Ones We Never Knew. Soon after, Holly was dropped by her label and was in a life-threatening car wreck which almost took her life and her sister Hillary's. The incident was a turning point for Holly and in 2009 she released her critically acclaimed album Here With Me. The album featured the single "Keep the Change."
Holly's album The Highway, is heavy with references to memories of simpler times and beloved relatives; ruminations on lives destroyed by addiction; our shared need to love and be loved; and an earnest longing for the road. Friends including Dierks Bentley, Jakob Dylan, Jackson Browne and Gwyneth Paltrow all make guest appearances on the record.
In addition to her music, Holly carries a fondness for fashion and haute homemaking, passions she channels into H. Audrey, her Nashville women’s boutique; her store White's Mercantile; and her lifestyle blog, The Afternoon Off.
